A restaurant the landlords could walk into — before it existed.

The Fish Plaice needed mall body-corporate approval before fit-out could begin. Floor plans don't settle a cautious board — atmosphere does. So we rendered the space at true eye level, storefront and interior, until the decision-makers could simply react to what they saw instead of decoding a drawing. Approval came faster, with fewer revisions, and the fit-out started on schedule.
