Architectural and product visualisation built from scratch in 3D — engineered to move buyers off-plan, win approvals and close investors. Built by a team that has spent 30 years studying why people commit to what they can't yet see. Your first render is free.

No deposit. Real project, real plans only. Pretoria-based, building visuals that close deals.
You're asking people to hand over millions for something that doesn't exist yet. A patch of cleared ground. A set of plans only an architect can read. A promise.
And every month it sits unsold, you're carrying the holding cost. Interest on units nobody can see. Investors going quiet. A sales team trying to sell a feeling off an A3 floor plan.
A render is a fraction of one unit's holding cost. The maths is brutal in only one direction — the longer buyers can't picture it, the more it costs you.
That's not a design problem. It's a commitment problem. And commitment is exactly what we understand.
Most studios answer one question: does it look real? We answer a harder one: will this make someone commit? Watts Digital is built on three decades inside the psychology of persuasion — what a buyer needs to see, and in what order, to feel safe spending money. A render that's merely beautiful gets admired. A render engineered around how the brain decides to buy gets the unit sold.
Same software the cheaper studios use — a completely different question being answered. That's the difference between a picture your client likes and an image that moves a buyer off the fence.
Two disciplines behind every render
The Influence
NLP Master Practitioner, Ericksonian hypnotherapist and author of Cracking The Influence Code — three decades inside the psychology of why people commit. He engineers each render around how a buyer's brain actually decides to buy: what it needs to see, and in what order, to feel safe spending money. That's the difference between a render that's admired and one that's bought.
The Craft
A 3D Visualiser with a Diploma in Interior Design and nearly three years turning blueprints into photoreal worlds — a passion she discovered designing kitchens and never looked back from. That design grounding is her edge: she reads complex floor plans effortlessly, grasps a client's vision, and bridges technical drawing and emotional design. For Charné, every project is a chance to turn a blank canvas into a beautiful preview of the future.
The Fish Plaice needed mall body-corporate approval before fit-out could begin. Floor plans don't settle a cautious board — atmosphere does. So we rendered the space at true eye level, storefront and interior, until the decision-makers could simply react to what they saw instead of decoding a drawing. Approval came faster, with fewer revisions, and the fit-out started on schedule.

The Fish Plaice · KwaZulu-Natal. Eye-level renders that removed the doubt and unlocked the approval.
This is where the work actually happens. We model your project from your plans — geometry, materials, light — from a blank scene up. No stock photos dressed up. No borrowed assets. Your building, constructed in 3D before a single brick is laid.

The Fish PlaiceRestaurant · KwaZulu-Natal
A fast-casual restaurant needed mall body-corporate sign-off before fit-out. Eye-level storefront and interior renders answered the board's concerns on the spot — fewer revisions, faster approval, fit-out on schedule.
La PointeLuxury residential · Mauritius
A coastal development pre-selling off-plan to overseas buyers. Axonometric "dollhouse" renders let international investors feel the space with no show unit — building the trust that closes a remote sale.
Cederberg PinelandsResidential development
A multi-unit development pre-selling to investors. Cutaway 3D floor plans made every unit type instantly comparable — buyers grasped the value at a glance and committed faster.
Developers, architects and hospitality brands — same standard, same free-render proof.
One free render of your real development or product. Normally R6,500. We do this because once a developer sees their building sold, they rarely go anywhere else — so we'd rather prove it than pitch it.
There's a catch, and it's an honest one. We only take projects with real plans and a real timeline. No concept-shopping, no competitors farming free work. If you've got a development you intend to build and sell, the first render is on us.
If the free render isn't useful to you, you owe nothing and we part as friends. You keep the render. You're under no obligation to commission another thing. We're confident enough in the work to put it in your hands first — because that's how this usually starts.
Tell us about the project. We'll come back within one working day — no sales pressure, no script.
